| Profile |
-
Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Marketing & Sales, Business Management, Nuclear Physics or Radiotherapy Treatment;
-
At least 3 years of work experience in radiotherapy field;

Having own customer/client network (better, but not a must);
-
Able to work independently and under stress;
-
Skillful with board room presentation deliveries;
-
Fluent English and Chinese both in speaking and writing;
-
A team player, a conscientious worker, and a person who likes to start from the green field with a good habit of self learning.

Able to work in Beijing and travel frequently both China and abroad.

| Function |
- Be responsible for opening & expanding the market for the radiotherapy related products;
- Enhance the existing customer network and set up customer files;
- Set up efficient marketing communication channels with key accounts;
- Manage the products brochures, advertisement and the marketing
- campaigns to promote IBA products in a professional way;
- Develop and follow up the prospective projects via various channels;
- Update regularly the marketing information;
- Improve and strengthen the presence and influence of IBA China in the related market;
- Work as a good team player to coordinate with the related Business Units and other teams of IBA China.

Planning Officer |

| Function |
- Communicate about planning among all services involved.
- Follow up the execution of activities & update project planning.
- Analyze and manage workload & available capacity.
- Be responsible of the MRP runs, analysis & manage exceptions.
- Manage & distribute Production Orders to fitters.
- Have a clear view on procurement follow up (Supply Chain visibility)
- Manage priorities & emergencies in the Supply Chain flow, when needed.
- Reporting about Production Plan to IBA LLN.

Supplier Quality Supervisor |
| Profile |
- Above BS, education background in Engineering of Vacuum, Non-ferrous metal machining.
- 4~5 years experience in supplier quality management or QC
- Strong experience on ISO9001 standard
- Project Management experience with process minded
- Fluent English speaking and written
- MS office software skill
- Integrity, aggressive and team work.
- Work in Beijing and ability to travel intensively

| Function |
- Responsible for develop supplier quality management and monitory system
- Perform main supplier audits. And follow up corrective actions when system non-conformances are detected.
- Coordinates with IBA engineer, make sure the suppliers are fully understand our requests.
- Coordinates with other departments to resolve quality issue;
- Submit non-conformity report and coordinates with purchasing engineer to push supplier actions.
- Responsible for quality records management. To ensure that all records are kept factually, integrally and clearly and convenient for access and searches

Business Development or Key Account manager |
| Profile |
- University degree, preferred in radiation related major
- At least 2 to 3 years experience as a capital equipment sales
- Good command of English both in written and spoken
- Candid and conscientious working attitude
- Work in Beijing and ability to travel intensively

- Report to Sales & Marketing Manager
- Be responsible for all the sales & marketing activities related to Electron-Beam equipment
- Opening new marketing & expanding existent electron market
- Set up efficient marketing communication channels with key accounts

- Work as a good team player to coordinate with the related Business Units and other teams of IBA
- Timely report & Summary on the on-going projects

Sales IBA Dosimetry China Diagnostic Devices |
| Profile |
- Education background in dosemitry, physics, or engineering
- Working experience as a sales for dosemitry devices or medical equipments
- Good understanding of the technology in diagnostic dosimetry and the products
- Certificate as medical physicist is a plus
- Good English communication skill

- As the responsible sales representative for IBA Dosimetry (Diagnostic) in China
- Reach sales target
- Develop distribution channels: direct sales, business to business, and distributor sales
- Work in Beijing and ability to travel intensively

Software Engineer |
| Profile |
- Bachelor or higher computer science degree is appreciated.
- Proven experience on C/C++ or Java. –Be familiar with UML, DB and TCP/IP.
- Has experience on version control system such as Clearcase, Subversion, etc.
- Familiar with software development process, environment configuration, software debugging, testing and quality control.
- Good software analysis and design methodology skills.
- Excellent writing, reading and oral English.
- Able to work in Beijing and travel in China or other countries, mainly in Asia, Europe or US.
- Technical oriented, wants to pursue technical career

| Function |
- Responsible for software development of multi-platform system of a complex medical equipment with the technologies such as C/C++, Java, web, Windows, UNIX, Linux, Vxworks, Oracle, TCP/IP, etc.
- Performs unit and integration tests and resolves bugs.
- Writes design requirement and test documents.
- Communicates with global team in Europe to understand the project, the requirements and so on.
- We provide training opportunities in west Europe or other countries.

Senior Software Engineer (MM50) |
| Profile |
- Bachelor or higher computer science or automation degree is appreciated.
- Has at least 5 years’ experience on SW development and maintenance.
- Has experience in international company. Be familiar to working in multinational environment.
- Familiar with Windows and real time system based on Vxworks.
- Has proven experience on VC++. Has experience on database.
- Has proven network knowledge such as Ethernet, TCP/IP, socket, etc…
- Has proven software analysis and problem solving skills.
- Has knowledge on whole process of software development, environment configuration, software product releasing, testing and quality.
- Has proven skills on English and communication (work language is English).
- Able to work in Beijing and travel in China or other countries, mainly Europe.
- Proactive, cooperative and teamwork spirit.
- Electronics, Mechanics or Automation knowledge will be advantageous.

| Function |
- Fully responsible for the software consisting of UI, real time controllers, etc, of a radiotherapy system including debugging, testing and development.
- Responsible for software R&D projects for MM50 (our product) advanced radiotherapy system
- Software installation, troubleshooting for oversea and domestic customers
- Work closely with service team and other related teams in China and Sweden to understand the projects, customers’ requests, manufacturing requests, etc.
- The monthly salary will equal or above 15,000 RMB.
