IBA Industrial engineers will help you plan your shielding facility. And you get as much help as you need. And you may choose the amount of help you want. From casual consultation to a comprehensive service that provides drawings of shielding design and utility requirements.
The most popular offering is IBA Industrial's standard service which includes involvement in all facility design and planning phases, including the use of product handling equipment, and methods to ensure safe entry and exit of your products to and from the shielded enclosure. Plus, IBA Industrial will take full responsibility for the shielding design and penetrations.
Product Handling |
A key element of the system is the equipment that passes your product under the electron beam. The product must be presented to the beam at precise position and speed to assure a proper dose. Entry to and exit from the shielding should fit with overall production flow. IBA Industrial can supply many types of underbeam equipment and ensure that it is smoothly integrated into the facility and the control system. Where standard equipment won't fit, IBA Industrial will guide in the development of a system that will.
