In aseptic filling applications, the sterile transfer of goods into the aseptic areais a challenge. Other techniques simply are not suitable for this application.
ALIS is designed as an innovative solution to this problem.Using E-beam technology, it is possible to transfer heatsensitive, pre-sterilized materials at high speed, continuously into an aseptic area.

Operating highlights |
1. The system is composed of accelerator(s) equipped with scan horn(s).
2. The product passes through the curtain,
receiving a uniform sterilization dose.
3. The accelerator delivers up to 220 keV energy and up to 7 mA of beam current.
4. The beam is scanned on the product with the appropriate scanning width. The system provides a dose of 25 kGy on the surface of the tub and just beneath the cover sheet, without any dose reaching the container, thus avoiding any coloration of the glass.
5. The power of the machine is selected according to the desired level of throughput.
