As the “Customer satisfaction” is, every year, one of our MAJOR Objectives. The Customer Services B.U. measured each year the satisfaction rate of our customers.

It’s a permanent challenge to keep a good level of satisfaction of our customers. By analyzing their answers to a questionnaire, the CS will set up an action plan to better meet their needs and expectations.

To elaborate the questionnaire, the CS performed a brainstorming and reviewed it with different B.U. (Technology Group, Molecular, Industrial).

To fill in the survey, our customers had the possibility to do it either via internet or by fax and since 2005; all results were generated by “Le Sphinx” software.
