Oncology experts shared experiences and viewpoints at the fourth annual IBA user meeting.

IBA gathered experts in proton therapy and newcomers alike at its fourth annual user meeting, held from 14 to 16 March at the Radiation Oncology Department of the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. One thing attendees had in common: the strong belief that proton therapy will make an increasingly significant difference in the treatment of cancer. Participants shared their own experiences with proton therapy so far, presenting different angles based on their personal fields of expertise.
